Description We provide several cultivars of premium extra virgin olive oil. Our oils are provided seasonally upon Northern and Southern hemisphere harvests. We also carry fused and infused oils, balsamic vinegars from Modena, infused artisan balsamic vinegars of Modena and specialty gourmet oils. Our customers are invited to sample all of our products before buying, at our tasting store located inside the Pheasant Restaurant & Lounge in Brookings, SD.
