As the former Director of Compliance in risk management, Teresa earned recognition from the federal government for her teams' accomplishments, while navigating opportunities for growth, such as rebuilding teams after department turnover.

Recently, she has aligned more closely with her purpose, using her gifts to serve others in impactful ways both within and beyond the corporate world.
