Bring the family and dress in your holiday best, pets welcome! Complimentary pictures will be taken and posted on the Dakota Insurance Facebook page Monday, December 4th. A free will donation will be collected for the Brookings County Salvation Army, as well as pet supplies for the Brookings Regional Humane Society. Meet Santa, enjoy some cider, and stay for the 28th annual Festival of Lights.
